No matter if your the state across the border or a surrounding state Don't buy here unless you live in the state of WI. Even after the finance company told them to release the vehicle......... Also don't expect a response from the dealership or car salesman for days.....They ironically sell you a 2024 model the day before 2025 and states Kia won't approve a 2025 lol, But they'll approve a 2024 that's brand new. It's called delusion and they were trying to sell the car before the new year so it didn't depreciate in value I'm not stupid or uneducated, They cared more about my tv appearances than the simple ideology of customer service. Expect to be played and expect to be disrespected and have your feelings messed with. Just because someone's credit isn't crystal clean doesn't mean they're bad people or losers, Anyone rich or poor can have bad credit for an array of reasons such as things you didn't physically do. Anywho the point is don't buy from them if you live out of state. More
