Very disappointed that they ran my credit for financing when I told Mark that I already had financing through Ideal Credit Union. I was not asked permission to do this. I was also quoted over the phone a when I told Mark that I already had financing through Ideal Credit Union. I was not asked permission to do this. The process needs to be sped up. It just takes too long, sitting and waiting, but overall it was a good experience. Mark was out but he followed up quickly and he had Dave latta work with us.
