I will never ever go back to Fairway Ford. They will say anything to get you to buy a vehicle. Mark Story will promise to get you a unicorn if you asked him to get you to agree to buy a vehicle. He lied to anything to get you to buy a vehicle. Mark Story will promise to get you a unicorn if you asked him to get you to agree to buy a vehicle. He lied to my face and is as dishonest as most salesmen are said to be. I do have to say that the owner was decent to work with as he did return my phone calls as did John Gobeli. I have never been so dissatisfied with a sales person as I am with Mark. He promised me brand new black leather seat covers for my car and sent me ones from Wal-Mart and gray and then ones that were used and torn and said they were new. My vehicle has a black interior. Why would I want gray? He promised to refinance my vehicle through Ford Credit. Come to find out Ford Credit does not refinance. He told me these things so I would agree to purchase a car that was not what I wanted so he could stop trying to locate the exact car I wanted. Please remember these things when you think about going to Fairway Ford. More
