I drove all the way downn from Alaska to purchase a new Hummer they had on the lot. I was greeted by a tall drink of water with a beautiful accent named Jonathan Arante, who asked us if we needed any food Hummer they had on the lot. We have never had service like this before and were blown away by the complete vehicle demonstration. These guys were so top notch!! To top things off we even had a visit from the GM Jamie Warren thanking us for our business. (Super Handsome I might add). I have never felt so good spending 6 Figures in my life! Thank you to Everyone at Jim Ellis Cadillac!!! More

Bobby was an amazing salesperson, now friend from beginning to end of our car buying experience. He was extremely professional and listened to my husband’s needs. He made the deal happen so effortl beginning to end of our car buying experience. He was extremely professional and listened to my husband’s needs. He made the deal happen so effortlessly and he has been in touch with us ever since. We stopped by almost at closing time and Bobby never rushed us during the process. He even took time to go and grab our vehicle and bring it back over to the dealership from a remote location. He was in constant contact with us. It only took a few minutes for him to find the perfect vehicle. Jim Ellis Cadillac please take care of Bobby because you do not find car salesmen like him anymore! He is officially invited to our family gatherings and now one of our nephews!!!😊 More

I literally handed the salesperson an easy deal. I asked for a seasoned salesperson and was sent to Jonathan since Charles was no longer there. Well, I repeated myself several times, received an inf I asked for a seasoned salesperson and was sent to Jonathan since Charles was no longer there. Well, I repeated myself several times, received an inflated bill of sale in which the price of the car was much more than the MSRP advertised on the website. They also added optional ancillary products as well as an “Allstate paint and protection” plan advising that it couldn’t be removed because the services had already been applied to the vehicle. If that’s the case then tell me why the coverage protects against future incidents. To add insult to injury, beside I wanted this vehicle, I was told to expect a call from the finance manager. My financing is already in place. The salesperson only wanted to know when I would present myself at the dealership. Well…..never got that call from the finance manager so I guess my 60k ain’t about nothing. Their service department is the best but sales SUCK! How do you fumble something that’s given to you??? More

Sales staff was very attentive and the vehicle we purchased is outstanding. Returned to dealership today for oil change and rotation. Service was preformed promptly and staff in service is among the purchased is outstanding. Returned to dealership today for oil change and rotation. Service was preformed promptly and staff in service is among the finest I’ve dealt with. Had a problem with a rebate but was rectified by by the GM and issued a check on the spot. Jim Ellis Cadillac is 2 hours from our home. We will make the trip to purchase our next Cadillac from Jim Ellis. Great staff and customer service appears to be their main objective. Rear to be 100 percent satisfied in purchasing a vehicle, very nice change. More
