Well bought truck online trusting salesman and honestly I appreciate getting financed but after receiving this piece of xxxx they would've financed a goat. Truck is garbage no door handles no windows cranks appreciate getting financed but after receiving this piece of xxxx they would've financed a goat. Truck is garbage no door handles no windows cranks front windshield busted they stole bed cover ran out of gas on way to station pass tailight duckyaped fell out broke no brakes at all looks like they unloaded the stores trash in the back of it headliner full of mold and water ask the salesman to show the text between us not 1 of these things are mentioned. Also no exhaust someone helped themselves to that along with bed liner More

Had sneaky extra charge of $4000. 000. Which is false advertising. Ignition had issues which they would not fix. Tricksylije every dealer. Would appreciate a refund for extra charges a 000. If there was a -0 or a no star option I'd pick it! The cars headlights stopped working 7 days after I bought it, when my God daughter whom I bought it for called about this she was told they would dis The cars headlights stopped working 7 days after I bought it, when my God daughter whom I bought it for called about this she was told they would discuss it with manager about repairing this problem and get back to her no one ever did. She lost her great paying job WHY,??? Because it required her to be there at evenings and overnights. This wasn't a problem before the purchase of this car shed been there over 2 years. But because she couldn't drive a car with no headlights at night and had absolutely no one else to call on to take her she lost her job. Now if that wasn't bad enough she found out the mercedes gad been wrecked so bad that the fuse box under the hood wasn't even For her car it went to a 2011 mercedes hatchback SUV HERS was a 2018 mercedes sedan c class 250 4 mat ic. She found this out while taking it to a mercedes shop and they then ran the VIN it came back as a white mercedes HERS was clearly a dark gun metal color no where in the realm of white. Then to top it off she called the finance company who was on her contract she signed before Leavin the dealership and they informed her and I it had a salvaged title it gad been totaled. All of this wasn't disclosed to her or I when we purchased this car. They now have there car back and my God daughter absolutely doesn't trust dealerships and neither do I. They did nothing to rectify this situation this dealership is disgusting in their treatment of women who are single buying cars. And they are all around terrible, bad customer service, bad follow up after the sale, and should just be shut down altogether for doing customers like they do. I would rather ride a bike or walk to my appointments everyday rather than buy a car from Patriot. More
