The dealership was very clean. I felt that my salesman wasn’t very knowledgeable about the car I was interested in. Maybe I came in too close to the end of the day. He referred me to the video. Nice experience with Westside Lexus. However, for an remarkable brand and products, I think they are overpriced. I’m not understanding the high interest rate I received through Lexus financial. We had a very good experience for the second time purchasing our vehicle at Westside Lexus. Our sales person, Manuel Gomez did a great job with the exception of sending the paperwork through to finan purchasing our vehicle at Westside Lexus. This delayed us which was unfortunate as we needed to get home to a new rescue dog. More
