I had the worst experience at Golf Mill, and I will not be back. It had nothing to do with Raelynn, but all to do with the service manager Mark, and Jessica. On Friday Nov, 15th. I called the dealership be be back. It had nothing to do with Raelynn, but all to do with the service manager Mark, and Jessica. On Friday Nov, 15th. I called the dealership because my brakes that had been replaced a year prior were rubbing. I spoke with Jessica on the phone, and explained to her that my brakes should not be out after 1 year. She told me that it was my driving habits. I told her my driving habits had not changed. She sets up my appointment, and when it comes over it has the following note. “Brake System Diagnosis • cs wore through brakes in less than a year and is very unhappy. i advised him that his driving habits could pay contribution to this issue. customer didnt listen to me” now I’m not exactly sure why Jessica felt she should have an opinion when she didn’t even work at the dealership when my brakes were originally installed. Last year I had my front and rear brakes done separately, but both at Golf Mill. Each time they were done I had to come back because my alignment was off and I almost crashed my car on the Stevenson heading to work as my car was pulling to the left. When I arrived at the dealership on Monday the 18th. I asked Raelyn if she could tell me who set my appointment as I wanted to speak with a manager. She told me that it was Jessica who set the appointment, and that Mark was the manager. When I showed Mark what Jessica had written. He said that he didn’t see that problem. The fact that I had to explain professionalism to a service manager was beyond troubling to me. I took a seat so that my car could be looked at. Raelyn came back and told me that my front brakes were gone and that it was going to cost me $867. I explained to her my brakes were barely over a year old. There should be no way that they are that bad. I asked her to get the manager. She took me to Mark. I asked how are my brakes that bad after a year. That they should last 40k miles for city driving and 60k for highway. Which is 3 years. He tried to tell me that it was my driving habits. I told him I come from a UAW family. We will not insult my intelligence. He brought out the notes from last year when I had to come back because my brakes and alignment was done correctly. I told him I’m aware. You all did the work. He told me I drove 25k miles. To which I replied those were highway miles, and if that’s the metric you are using, I should get 35k more miles out of these brakes. He then responded to me and said that he doesn’t come to my place of employment and tell me how to do my job. He said he could take 15% off, and bring the price down to $715. I told him to get my car and I would go elsewhere. That I was not paying that for brakes that were replace a year ago. I took my car to a body shop in the area. The did my brakes for 649 out the door. They explained that the calipers were on too tight. That they ground down my brakes. They also took pics for me. It is sad to see that Customer Service is not a priority for Golf Mill. More

It is our first time buying an EV and the fears that we had of changing between a gas car to an electric car he had eased all of our fears. We always had Chevy gasoline cars We heard all kind of false stories about electric cars. We explained to him what they were and he eased our minds. My husband, who does not like technically Christopher made it so that he could understand which is very hard to do, but Christopher did it. He gave us all the information that was needed to ease our minds so we bought our first Chevy EV equinox and we love it! We have always loved Chevy and trusted Chevy so thank you Christopher! More

Brought my 75 year old father’s Buick there in July, he loves his car and wants to take care of it. I recommended he go to a dealer vs an independent repair facility, boy, was I wrong!!! He paid $6500 for loves his car and wants to take care of it. I recommended he go to a dealer vs an independent repair facility, boy, was I wrong!!! He paid $6500 for multiple repairs, one that included shocks… they used the incorrect shocks (his car has magnetic ride control) they had the nerve to tell me “the correct shocks are too expensive” and they made the decision for us to use the WRONG parts. We brought the car back in October (I was trying to figure out a solution with the previous service manager who got let go) because since the repair, it will not go over 80mph, I emailed and called for the GM and was never connected with him. The service manager told me there is nothing they can do to help my father who gave them $6500, no refund, no repair. The service manager also told me “it’s probably a good thing he can’t go over 80mph” the bottom line is the vehicle went over 80mph when it arrived at Golf Mill Chevrolet, it does not anymore and it is directly related to the work they did for $6500. Golf Mill Chevrolet hung a 75 year old Vietnam veteran out to dry and they will do the same to you!!!!! Avoid at all costs!!!! More

Dropped my car off at 9:30 am for a scheduled appointment and got a call at 1pm that they never looked at my car and won't till 3pm. I would now be without a car until Monday earliest and no loaner.
