Fourth Dealership I had decided to replace my 2014 Honda CRV. Decided on a Mazda. Starting price so high it turned me off. Used Costco Auto Buying service for another H I had decided to replace my 2014 Honda CRV. Decided on a Mazda. Starting price so high it turned me off. Used Costco Auto Buying service for another Honda CRV. Price ended up $4000 higher than it was supposed to be. So much for no haggle price. Also lowest Trade in Offer. Next Honda dealership told me It'll give me X amount for my trade in. I was happy, but while talking with me, reduced trade in price by $300. Left them. Now I figured I'll just keep my SUV, then saw $50 gift card by Hyundai to test drive a vehicle. Went for Kona and Tucson. Bruce Henley helped me. Explained no haggle pricing. I also asked to test drive a Santa Fe. Found out Hyundai offering 72 mos. 0% interest. Next day I spoke with Mark Silver, Sales & Leasing Manager. Had question about my title. Mark ended up taking the time to answer many question very honestly. I decided to have my SUV appraised by them to trade in. Highest offer I got. Went home. Went on Kelly Blue Book and found out it was a fair deal. Later that day I went and bought the Santa Fe. Debbie Greene handled my financing without any games other dealerships have played in the past. When I got home my wife told me last year we bought our daughter a car there and the experience was great then too! Seems Fitzgerald has earned a long term customer! More
