I was not at all pleased with the way they handle the service on my Jeep.. Took 3 weeks to get in for appointment.. took 2 weeks and longer for parts. That I wasn’t even notified was in than had to wait service on my Jeep.. Took 3 weeks to get in for appointment.. took 2 weeks and longer for parts. That I wasn’t even notified was in than had to wait several more days for appointment when had to stopped in and find out the parts was in.. Than when the car hauler took the car down for the service.. They called and said what is your car here for.. They have no idea what is going on.. My car is a 2020 so i was thinking about trading.. Not with this dealership.. like the sales team.. They was excellent.. The service department is the worst I have ever been to.. and we have dealt with several dealerships.. please look into this and change the service department.. because I hate to see this dealership go down because of that.. Never done nothing for us other than tell us they had to or We had a mix up on the date but they took me right in. I think they are a little pricey. Never done nothing for us other than tell us they had to order a part that will be in around 10 days and it might fix it. And charged me 170.00. And I drove my messed up 2020 Jeep back home.. and the part is going to be 800.00.. it has took me 2 and half weeks to get it looked at now 10 more days.. I guess I will keep paying on a vehicle and not get to drive it.. oh well.. More
