My experience with Mark Shipman, Mike Ackles, and Alex in Finance was awesome. Mark knew the exact vehicle I was looking for. He made sure it was available. Mike was added into the sales process because another client was taking up more time. Mark was truly on top of his game and made sure all was sailing along smoothly as he checked in periodically. He cared about the sale and knew my intentions were as I stated. Mike made the sale happen and was a great communicator. Alex in Finance made the paperwork simple. What a great expierence. Mark was extremely helpful and provided great over the phone customer service to me and got me in the door where I was connected with Zach! Zach took fantastic care of me and provided me with full clarity on all my options which made my decision process very easy. He worked magic and got me the price I needed to make it all work. He fought hard for my buisness and his customer service was top notch. Andres helped me set myself up for long term and provided me with great advice and provided me with full financial information and coverage details which was extremely helpful. When I rolled out of the dealership in my new Honda Accord I felt comfort in knowing I got the best bang for my buck. When I get my next car I know where I will be choosing to spend my money.
