It was worth my time to come from L. I. new york which involves driving around past NYC or taking a not-cheap ferry ride(s). Very friendly and laid back and NO SHENANIGANS!! Also, Mary the Finance wizard was very knowledgeable and would've been the one who could dance around you with complex financing options and it was ME who brought up the CPO coverage and how it might not cover the air suspension and I was able to "Wrap" that extension of the warranty (through Mopar, not 3rd party) to get the 'bumper2bumper' extended to 100K miles for a reasonable addition. I will definitely go back to this place with these people to get another vehicle and my Dad came with me and he says the same! NEVER any of the seemingly-industry-wide high pressure tactics employed here...NEVER and that makes ALL the difference! More
