A lot of car for the money! I initially did a ton of online research to narrow down my choice to a Buick Verona. I then visited 11 dealerships to see and test drive several different year models and trim lines. The first 10 visits were quite disappointing...from being invited to test drive a car that actually sold the week before (40 plus miles each way)...to a car with a dent the salesman claimed to have no knowledge of...or waiting in a salesmen’s office for 15 minutes while he searched for a car that wasn’t even on the lot yet (although it was advertised). Finally I ended up at Deur-Speet and Andy Z. showed me a 2014 Verona Convenience that I initially saw on cars.com. I liked the fact that DSM allows you to view the carfaxes for free, while many dealerships force you to pay to see a full report. Andy had very thorough knowledge of the vehicle and demonstrated several features for me prior to my test drive. Andy also notified me that EVERY car on their lot with less than 100,000 miles came with a lifetime drivetrain warranty, for FREE, and theis particular Verona had 97,000. After returning from the test drive, I sat with Andy and discussed the price. I knew it was fairly priced from my online research, but I asked if there was any wiggle room on the bottom line. Andy said he would ask his manager, so I assumed it was a going to be your typical “behind closed doors” discussion (if one took place at all). Instead, Andy called Mark over and he sat with us as we openly discussed the pricing! That was completely unexpected and refreshing. Mark told me how they arrived at the original price, including the money DSM put into it for new tires and to fix a broken safety feature. He offered me a final price that dropped it $300 below asking. On top of that, to put my mind at ease, Andy then did a vehicle search for 2014 Veronas under 100,000 miles in a 250 mile radius (again openly with me watching alongside), and the one I was looking at was actually the cheapest of them all! That certainly confirmed what I already suspected, that this was a great car for a great price from a dealer with a great reputation. Thank you Andy for your patience and persistence to answer any and all questions I had, and going above-and-beyond to make sure I was a satisfied customer! I enjoyed your personable, low-pressure style, and complete transparency throughout the process. I say this to anyone looking to buy a quality vehicle at a fair price: do your homework online, educate yourself regarding comparable values, then head straight to Deur-Speet Motors in Fremont and let Andy exceed your expectations of the car buying experience! While I was apprehensive due to owing on our journey still and not liking the body style of the vehicle they were trying to sell us on, I still have them the chance to convince me. We test drove the 2018 Jeep Renegade and let me just say I absolutely loved this vehicle! My next concern was the financing; never did I imagine walking off the lot on a Saturday of a holiday weekend with a brand new car! Everyone went above and beyond to help get us into another vehicle. We will continue going to Deur Speet for all our vehicle needs! More

While I was there everyone including the owners introduced themselves to me, thanked me for he business and wished me all the best withe the new car. It was like they knew me for years. They also offered me a great deal. All in all this purchase the most enjoyable purchase I've ever made. I would definitely travel to buy from them again. More

I was so impressed with the way that Tom was to work with I chose to buy through their dealership. They didn't try to push me into buying something that was more than what I wanted to go price wise, instead they looked for what would be the best option for me! When Tom wasn't available they had Mark help us, he was amazing to work with also. He also went through our options with us and helped us out tremendously. When we went to close the deal we dealt with Nick, he was wonderful and explained the paper work with us as we signed, no rushing and made the process so easy! The whole deal was a true pleasure and was made so simple by the whole team. When the time comes for another vehicle we will purchase through them again.
