WOW! Amazing service. Mark was very kind and made sure my vehicle was repaired quickly. I didn’t have an appointment, my battery died, who ever has an a Amazing service. Mark was very kind and made sure my vehicle was repaired quickly. I didn’t have an appointment, my battery died, who ever has an appointment for that, right? In any event I pulled into the service bay completely frazzled and within 2 minutes my mind, weary heart and body felt relief knowing I was in good hands with Mark. Mercedes of Tucson’s service is heads and shoulders above the service I used to receive at the Mercedes dealership in Scottsdale! Thank you Mark and Mercedes of Tucson for outstanding customer service and care. More

I have been to a few Mercedes dealerships in the USA and the Tucson dealership is by far the most luxurious, friendly and best service. If you own a MB this is the place for you. They will correct any mi the Tucson dealership is by far the most luxurious, friendly and best service. If you own a MB this is the place for you. They will correct any mistakes that have been made on your car by a non Mercedes shop. More

Have 2015 Sprinter that has been into your Sprinter service three times. Two weeks out on appointments and then hours waiting for appointment, all three times. You’re Mercedes Benz, act like it. Left, this time, after one hour waiting and no end in sight, only inane xxxxxxxx that would insult my dogs intelligence. Will not be back. More

Excellent service in diffiucult circumstances. Mark Schofield is an excellent service rep calling in service (Cox) to work on sensors for a MB Sprinter on June 13, a Saturday while we were on a lon Mark Schofield is an excellent service rep calling in service (Cox) to work on sensors for a MB Sprinter on June 13, a Saturday while we were on a long trip. He and the service people appear to among the of few who know what is needed and have the skills to complete difficult jobs. The RV ran well for the rest of the run to 6,375 miles altogether. Thanks for the excellent work. If I lived in Tucson, I would recommend the service and use it as needed, and will likely visit the area again. Keep up the good work, and as I see the responses are quite good and not surprising. Let the supervisor or boss know. More

Service was excellent We took our 2007 R class in fir an oil change, fuel leak and SRS issue. We were given a loaner. Parts took a little longer than we liked but not Chapm We took our 2007 R class in fir an oil change, fuel leak and SRS issue. We were given a loaner. Parts took a little longer than we liked but not Chapman’s fault. The car was fixed properly at a reasonable cost. Mark was outstanding in the service he gave us. More
