Being a thief is an ugly thing but being a thief and shameless is disgusting and this Nissan dealer is a disgrace not only to the brand but to the industry. I took my car in they gave me a diagnosis and shameless is disgusting and this Nissan dealer is a disgrace not only to the brand but to the industry. I took my car in they gave me a diagnosis and a very expensive estimate of course I told them ok fix it after two weeks that I call they tell me they put in the part and that it is still the same now it is the computer I tell them well what you told me it was not put the car back as it was and they answered me that I had to pay for the part they had put in even though the car was the same, I had to pick it up by tow truck just as I brought it and pay them 1400 dollars. They are human garbage !! More

My aunt took her Nissan rogue forms oil change and a tire rotation and they replaced her tires without her permission and would not let her leave without paying for the new tires. They wouldn’t put her old t rotation and they replaced her tires without her permission and would not let her leave without paying for the new tires. They wouldn’t put her old tires back on and are trying to bill her $1,200. I understand she may have needed new tires but to install them without permission is criminal. Don’t do business here unless you want to be taken advantage of. More
