Excellence in Service and No Pressure Sales, THANK YOU! I’m admittedly a pretty tough customer, but this was by far the BEST car buying experience I have ever had. I've purchased 6 new cars over the years I’m admittedly a pretty tough customer, but this was by far the BEST car buying experience I have ever had. I've purchased 6 new cars over the years and usually I dread the whole process. I could have purchased this car at a dealership closer to my hometown but chose to drive a little further to Valley VW (because I felt the local dealership was high pressure and high price). I was pleasantly surprised to find that Valley VW was low pressure and the salesman Mark Rogers was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, direct, and downright fun to work with! Admittedly, I was not an easy sell, I needed to test drive 5-6 different cars, many of which were not VWs, and Mark was more than happy to oblige. I took my time deciding (after all, it IS a big purchase for me) and yet I never ever felt like Mark or the dealership was pressuring me to buy. Valley VW was great about email communication and they gave me an very fair rate for financing. And when it came time to sign paperwork and write the check the process was quick and most importantly, completely transparent. There were no surprises and no fine print to pour over. Then Mark spent quite a lot of time going over every single feature of my new car with me, something I did not expect. I drove away confident that I had the made a sound decision on a car that I will be driving for many years to come. While I was waiting for Gus to finish up our transaction I met a few of the VW employees who were so friendly and I felt as though I was part of their family right away. Maher Alhuraibi took care of my finances with a very smooth transition both he and Gus had me in my new Jetta that very night. I have never experienced a more smooth or pleasant transaction when it comes to purchasing a vehicle than the Volkswagen Family right here in Staunton, Virginia! One thing I did notice was that everyone helped (not just my sales representative) but the entire VW team to make sure I was taken care of. Loved my experience. More
