MARK WAS GREAT, FINANCE WAS SLOW, ISSUES REMEDIED From my initial call to verify that a particular car was actually on the lot, my experience with Mark Pederson was great. Communication was smooth fr From my initial call to verify that a particular car was actually on the lot, my experience with Mark Pederson was great. Communication was smooth from the beginning and even though there were some issues that popped up, Mark was professional and courteous and made sure I was completely satisfied with my purchase. Although Mark was awesome, my overall experience was not fantastic. We arrived around 11am on a Saturday morning and the dealership was not yet busy. The runners were supposed to bring a Dodge Caravan from the overflow lot and brought the wrong car so we had to wait an extra 30 minutes or so for them to bring the correct vehicle. Then, once we decided to purchase the vehicle, the paperwork (or more accurately, waiting for the paperwork) seemed excessive. We were an easy finance with a trade-in and suffice it to say we did not leave the dealership until almost 4pm. Keep in mind there is no haggling over anything so there was not any time spent doing that, just waiting on paperwork and a trade-in offer. Then, on our way home, once we actually got the car on the freeway and were able to get up some speed, the steering wheel vibrated quite badly. Yes, I should have made sure to check that out during the test drive, but apparently even though I had driven on the freeway during the test, I hadn't gotten over 50 because of the traffic. At any rate, once I arrived home, I immediately called Mark and he said to turn around and come on back to the dealer. I did so, and he greeted me promptly and had the car looked at right away. Mike in the service department was able to remedy the problem by rebalancing all four tires but before I left for home this time, Mark hopped in the van and we both took a little spin to make sure I was completely satisfied. I was, and Mark apologized that I had to come back for something that should have been caught during the vehicle's initial inspection at the dealer. The spare tire was also missing, but the dealership is ordering one. Overall, I would recommend the dealership because the process was easy and in the end I was very happy with my purchase, but I would tell anyone considering this dealership to be prepared for a long wait to actually get through the whole process. More

Vehicle selected was in excellent condition and with all the detail car history to help make the decision to purchase. Vehicle was purchased from Drivers Select. I initially had planned on my lending agency to purchase vehicle but Mark was kind enough to recommend giving Drivers Select resource consideration and they were able to beat my lender's quote. We completed the entire process in couple hours and very pleased with service provided...just wish is was closer to Ft. Worth but well worth the drive to consider their vehicles in stock. Thank you. I submitted info regarding my trade in and received a call from Mark Pederson. He was very congenial, knowledgeable, and no pressure. I pretty much knew what I wanted so I asked that he have 3 cars for me to test drive. When I arrived at the dealership, I was concerned by how casual they are. However, they are polite, professional, accommodating...they don't work on commission so there was no pressure to spend more money than I wanted to. I was pre-approved but they have excellent financing options. Literally the easiest, most enjoyable car buying experience I have encountered. More
