My experience with Mark Parsons was nothing less than par excellence. Mr. Parsons made me feel like I was a valued customer at Big Star Cadillac. Specifically, this was an out of state purchase and he guid excellence. Mr. Parsons made me feel like I was a valued customer at Big Star Cadillac. Specifically, this was an out of state purchase and he guided me through the entire process until the purchase was made without displaying any signs of frustration with the many questions that I had about the electric vehicle. Haven't been able to trade out the chrome rims for the black rims, but I guess it was my fault since I did not negotiate this before closing the deal. More
