Before I took my car to this dealership I had no problems, then I got a paper in the mail saying I have a recall so I called in my appointment, I saw my oil light come on that Sunday and I panicked problems, then I got a paper in the mail saying I have a recall so I called in my appointment, I saw my oil light come on that Sunday and I panicked thing car would cut off, I took my car in that Monday, they had my car for two weeks saying I need a new engine and they would contact Kia to let them know, I went back in a week asking did Kia give the ok to fix my car, they said no so I called Kia myself, went back in couple days they said they was replacing my engine, when I got my car back 3 days after my engine came on, took it back to dealership they told me it would cost me $198 for them to check and see what's wrong with my car, they just put new engine in, why would that light be on, unless I was scammed and never got a new engine. Don't go to this dealership, treat customers Wrong, engine light still on, I have no money because it went into renting a car. No one helped me. More

I went in last week to check out a 2019 Honda Accord EX-L, only because it was close to another car I was scheduled to test down the road in Pasadena. May sales rep was Mark and he's awesome. He is ex EX-L, only because it was close to another car I was scheduled to test down the road in Pasadena. May sales rep was Mark and he's awesome. He is extremely helpful and knowledgeable and even better, showed me with minimal research that the other car I was going to see had TWO previous accidents (shame on me for not seeing that) and they met me at the price I needed. So I ended up buying the Accord (very low mileage) at a great price. The best part was how easy Mark made the experience. My wife is on the loan but she didn't even have to be there. I drove the car off the lot about 2 hours after I arrived. They let me keep my old Honda in the lot until we were able to return that afternoon to pick it up. Overall the best car buying experience we've ever had. Thanks Mark and JBA Auto! PS, the Honda came with 2 sets of "Driver 2" keys therefore the Driver 1 settings never automatically kick in. I understand I may have to go to a Honda Dealer to get this fixed but if you guys can help out I'd rather go to you... More

We chose to come to JBA Kia because of the reviews. And they sure did live up to them and you can tell they work hard to earn every positive review. Mark Parme was absolutely wonderful.
