I had a great experience working with Mark Owens. He knew the truck I wanted well, helped me learn about the key features, and went the extra mile delivering it up to my house! We have bought 3 cars in a row from Coulter. Mark Owens on the GMC lot was super relaxed and it was a low pressure environment. We found a fair deal with little back and forth. Our most recent purchase was a used Audi that was in great condition. I later found out that the tires had some dry rot on the interior side that was hard to see unless you were at a tire store. I told Coulter about it and they reimbursed me for the two tires that had some issues. Buying a used car is never perfect, but if the dealer is trustworthy and committed to making it right, it makes it a lot better experience. More
