After a signed purchase agreement, they redacted their deal because I wanted to use out of the house financing. I was either forced to cancel the deal or accept an 11% interest rate instead of my 4.3% int deal because I wanted to use out of the house financing. It also looks like they sold it behind my back to a better deal since it never came back on the market. More
