Once we made our decision on model, he took the necessary information, went to get an approval & presented the price, with no haggling, and no waiting. We were pleasantly surprised to take delivery sooner than expected! We worked with AJ in Finance going through all the paperwork, which is usually time consuming and filled with pressure. AJ used a great mix of professionalism and humor to get the job done quickly and efficiently. Once finished, Mark patiently walked us through the features of the car and encouraged us to come by for any additional questions. This dealership makes car buying a pleasant process. In today's market our delivery took "awhile". Mark was always straight forward providing updates. Pick up the new car day arrived - Mark had a good process - gave me enough info without overdoing it - made for a good experience. Also want to touch on the finance stop. Sometimes this can be a high pressure deal. I worked with Ryan Munro - he covered all the bases on the various packages - represented them well but didn't over do it. Ryan was also straight forward as we finalized the deal. Would recommend Mark, Ryan & the dealership to anyone in the market for a Subaru. More
