This has been the easiest buying experience I have had from a dealership. All of the staff have been extremely professional and easy to work with. I recently bought a car from Subaru of Jacksonville and had the best experience ever! Everyone was so kind and always had a smile on there face. John voight was my sales man and he got me into the perfect car for me. He was very nice and helpful and patient with me. He never once pressured me into buying a car right away. Jessica morris in financing was so sweet and very easy to talk to she went over everything with me step by step and always had a smile on her face she even stayed a little later to help me!! Over all Subaru of Jacksonville is top of the line!! Great people great service and awsome cars!! If I could give 1000 stars I would! I am a customer for life! More

We recently had the greatest experience at the Subaru of Jacksonville dealership. Our salesman Mark was very transparent and we did not feel taken advantage of. The salesman was extremely user friendly and he returned my calls promptly. He was extremely helpful regarding instructing us about how to use all the features of the vehicle. The business manager was also my calls promptly. He was extremely helpful regarding instructing us about how to use all the features of the vehicle. Mark Ogden was wonderful, he was helpful, honest and personable. He was able to make the whole process easier and straight forward.
