Mark was patient as I had a ton of questions which he answered with confidence, knowledge and assurance. He truly went "over and above'! The Escape has exceeded expectation as they have come a long way from the Escape that I drove as a company car several years ago and has every bell and whistle I could want and rides like a charm.
