Neil was great to work with answered any questions I had and was on point and very professional. We had to have a mirror replaced when we made the deal so Neil kept up with communication and letting me know and was on point and very professional. Originally found car through TrueCar, the offer through TrueCar was cheaper but I was informed that Ferman Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM of New Port Richey didn't work with them. Also wanted to pay in cash but w TrueCar was cheaper but I was informed that Ferman Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM of New Port Richey didn't work with them. Also wanted to pay in cash but was informed it would cost me more and the deal/offer was only through Fiance. On the day of pickup everything went great Dylan and Jonathan were very helpful although there were issues with payments on my end they got me sorted. I did try follow up with Dylan about some issues but never got a response, also dealer has not been in touch since regarding the purchase (which I don't mind) but I would have thought they would do a follow up to check I was happy. Also got promised a duck but was never given one! Also asked to swap my email but this was never done so I now get information to the wrong email. More
