Very disappointed with the level of service at the car dealer. When i got home i noticed The car is missing the factory side rails after speaking with my salesman he said they were in the shop and that he dealer. When i got home i noticed The car is missing the factory side rails after speaking with my salesman he said they were in the shop and that he would get them for me. After a few days i contacted them and it was all a big Lie. I will not go back to Ferman. I spent $50,000 on this car and they will nit even provide the factory rails. That is wrong More
