Absolutely outstanding customer service and friendliness! Until I found Mark, I have always hated, I mean loathed, purchasing a vehicle. However, I was pleasantly surprised to find that there is no back and Until I found Mark, I have always hated, I mean loathed, purchasing a vehicle. However, I was pleasantly surprised to find that there is no back and forth song and dance type of dealing with Dean Team. Mark is super friendly (some "dad jokes" that helped us feel more at ease). Throughout the entire process, he was forthcoming about every detail, patiently answered all our questions, explained each line of the numbers and what we were signing, and we left with a great vehicle each time. I have now purchased a second vehicle from Dean Team and am completely thrilled with the entire sales and finance process! I will not purchase anywhere else. Our car buying experience at Dean Team Volvo was flawless from the first moment we met Brian Jackson and his team. Not only was Brian in contact with us via email regarding time and availability, he was read from the first moment we met Brian Jackson and his team. Not only was Brian in contact with us via email regarding time and availability, he was ready with the separate models we were interested in and quickly had them ready for us to test drive. Upon entering his office, both my husband and I felt a mutual respect for each other and never felt pressured. He gave us time to speak alone, we communicated our concerns openly and honestly, and worked through a plan together. He worked efficiently together with his sales manager to expedite our paperwork and all kept us updated the entire time. Thanks to all! More

BEWARE! Dean Team Volvo absolutely NO INTEGRITY! Drove down 1st time (from 40 miles away) to look at a Corvette that I was prepared to buy cash but the salesman COULDN'T FIND THE KEYS! Said the porter who down 1st time (from 40 miles away) to look at a Corvette that I was prepared to buy cash but the salesman COULDN'T FIND THE KEYS! Said the porter who parked it the night before was fired for smashing up other cars previously and may have taken the keys for that and other vehicles home. WOW! Imagine spending hours it takes to buy a car to have them go detail it and back it into a pole? Then came several talks with Scott Varnum & Brian Jackson. Again I'm writing a check IN FULL for this, we finally agree on a price that I would pay if I drove the car and liked it, they dropped the $199 processing fee down to $99. On Friday I was going to come but it was raining / it was a convertible so made appt Saturday and when I'm a block away from the dealership Brian Jackson emails me (had NO PROBLEM CALLING ME PRIOR) to say THEY SOLD IT! So to recap they higher people and it takes multiple instances of damaging vehicles before they fire them, they lose keys, and they can't keep their word when they know you're coming to buy a car. DO NOT deal these dishonest, lying xxxx!! Bill Dean should have the decency to offer me a newer Corvette with less miles for the same or less price plus make any enhancements that were on the 1st one BUT if you're reading this they have no decency....ZERO....they didn't reach out and MAKE THIS RIGHT....go elsewhere with integrity, there's none within DEAN TEAM! More

I had a great experience with the Dean Team, Volvo. I was on a road trip with my current 2012 Volvo s60 , traveling from Virginia to Mt. Rushmore. I ran into car trouble about 12 hours in. Long story short, on a road trip with my current 2012 Volvo s60 , traveling from Virginia to Mt. Rushmore. I ran into car trouble about 12 hours in. Long story short, had to get towed to the nearest dealer, St. Louis, Dean Team. Had a great experience with the Volvo customer service line and tow truck company, getting me to the dealer. Turned out my car needed a new engine. Next thing I knew I was in the market for a car not wanting to replace the engine on my car with 104k on it at 6 years old. I love cars, so I had been prepping in my mind for awhile anyway. The Dean Team was nice since they had exotic cars as well as Volvos. I like cars like I said so I started with the exotics. Mind you this was on New Years Eve, and I was on a road trip, with no car. Fast forward about 12 test drives later, I had it narrowed down to maybe 3 cars. An Porsche, a Mercedes, a Volvo R type, all used. I was working with Ray in sales, who was truly AMAZING. I have had my fair share of experience with salesmen, being from Northern VA, just outside of DC. They are typically only there to make money. It wasn't like that with Ray, Did he have a job to do sure, but I didn't feel like he was looking out for his interest or his pay check. He was listening to what I was saying. Sure he knew I was going to buy a car, but he wasn't pushing his interest. He asked permission to give his opinion which I liked, he let me drive as many cars as I wanted as many times as I wanted. At one point he lined all 3 I was looking at up in row so I could look at them side by side and compare. I did end up goin with a new 2021 Volvo xc40, because the numbers made more sense for me and it better fit my needs overall. The last thing that really impressed me was I was there until about 8pm on New Years Eve, they closed I think at 5/6pm. Some of the other departments I worked with while professional I could tell they were ready for me to go home. Ray took the time to make sure I was sure, and even helped me transfer items from my old car to my new. As I mentioned I was on a cross country trip, so my car was full! Finally, after the car was sold, Ray reached out to me on several occasions to make sure I was doing okay with the car, and see if I had any questions. I did have questions that were not even for his department but he was able to help get me answers every step of the way. All in all if you get nothing else from my review, hear that I was very impressed with the level of customer service and frankly human compassion from the sales team and the Dean Team of Volvo. I really appreciated being able to talk to the actual mechanic (wish I remembered his name, he was great, very knowledgeable) that was working on my car, as that never happens back home. They treated me as if I was there family (even the I think he was the sales manager, whom I also do not remember his name, might have been Mark), and a human not a $ sign and a just another customer. If you are in driving distance, make the trip, you won't be sorry as this level of service is what you want when buying a car. Make sure to ask for Ray! More
