Great, sales was very kind and courteous and knowledgeable. The finance lady was extremely rude,, could not answer questions, took an extremely long amount of time over two hours to process the knowledgeable. The finance lady was extremely rude,, could not answer questions, took an extremely long amount of time over two hours to process the paperwork which she did not do correctly. If the sales team had not been so courteous and knowledgeable, we would have stopped the process of buying the new Jeep because of her inadequacy and rudeness. A jeep can be bought at any dealership, and the finance lady needs to realize that the customers always come first.
