While I made a conscious effort to remain polite and maintain a positive attitude throughout my interactions, the basic expectations of professionalism—such as a greeting, correct name usage, and acknowledgment—were not met. After being asked to wait outside for my vehicle during pick-up, I stood there for nearly 15 minutes before another service mechanic informed me that my car had never been requested and assisted me himself. Additionally, the receptionist handling the rental car process was unwelcoming, which made the experience feel dismissive and off-putting; based on this visit, I’m reluctant in returning to this service department.
