When I showed up for my first appointment the person I had been communicating with wasn't there and no one else knew I was coming. The sales person that ended up helping me was nice but knew nothing about had been communicating with wasn't there and no one else knew I was coming. The sales person that ended up helping me was nice but knew nothing about the car I was interested in. The sales manager underpriced the value of my trade in and after a little back and forth ended up doing KBB instant offer (which was $3000 more). When I decided to purchase the car they wouldn't hold it for me for a couple days or accept a deposit (I was waiting for the title of my trade in to be mailed to me) which I thought was very strange so I had to drive up to sign paper work. When I got there (they knew what time I would be there and that I had minimal time) the person I needed to meet with was with someone else so I had to wait. No one explained any of the trials that came with the car or how long I'd have them for. I still don't know if I just go register it or wait for the title. More
