We were sold a vehicle that needed numerous repairs and also had a bad engine cover up. They said would make all of right and fix it. Well needless to say it was an uphill battle and never was completely f also had a bad engine cover up. They said would make all of right and fix it. Well needless to say it was an uphill battle and never was completely fixed. Do not recommend this place. Mark Ledford was terrible to deal with along with Troy in management. Would not recommend this place to anyone. More

Sold a vehicle that the engine blew up 3 hrs into having it. I was lied to about the front bumper being wrecked. Later on to find out it had been painted to cover up the issue. I bought a 2021 Jeep Wrangler from this dealership, and also spent over $2,000 in accessories from the parts department. I am so disappointed in the parts department. The employees are rude and didn’t even also spent over $2,000 in accessories from the parts department. I am so disappointed in the parts department. The employees are rude and didn’t even want to help me carry out what I ordered. They also could not locate what I ordered after they told me that it came in. They told me on Saturday that they couldn’t find it, but that they would locate it by Monday and call me. Based on how horrible my entire experience has been with this dealership, I was sure they would not call when they said they would, and of course they have not called. If I don’t keep calling them, I would not hear from them again and they would just keep my money. This dealership also does false advertising. When purchasing my Jeep, I asked the dealership to honor their website offer of $600 off because I have a Sams Club membership. They refused, saying that they have intended to remove it from their website but haven’t removed it yet because it is maintained by a third party. The only reason I am giving 2 stars rather than 1 is because the salesperson did a really good job. More
