We only buy from Otis Ford. We have been dealing with them for 30 years. We have purchased 14 vehicles from them. What a terrible experience. I was dealing with Mark Layburn at Otis Ford. I go look at the used truck i liked (2018 Ford F150 XTL), I test drove it (loved it), I get all my pape I was dealing with Mark Layburn at Otis Ford. I go look at the used truck i liked (2018 Ford F150 XTL), I test drove it (loved it), I get all my paperwork ready for the loan the next day, even put the temporary insurance on it. Then i get a phone call and a text message from Mark telling me they sold it to someone else THE DAY BEFORE. He proceeds to tell me he didnt even know it sold. So to me theres a communication problem within their staff. Now i have to cancel insurance and all the paperwork and i still dont have a car and i cant get to work. So i basically drove to Otis Ford for nothing. Im not one to leave people or a company (especially a local dealer) bad reviews but man this was very upsetting. I dont think ill ever go back or even recommend a friend to go there. More
