Easiest car buying experience ever! I have found the truck I was looking for using Carfax.com and was hoping it was still in stock at Ferman Chevrolet. This morning I received an email a I have found the truck I was looking for using Carfax.com and was hoping it was still in stock at Ferman Chevrolet. This morning I received an email and phone call saying the truck was still in stock and I made an appointment to come in and look at it. Mark called me about 30 minutes before the appointment and told me the truck would be out front ready for my inspection and drive. Mark was great to work with and made the process super easy. Everyone was very respectful of our time and didn't leave us hanging wondering what was going on. The finance office for the signing of all of the paperwork was also fantastic. Quick and painless. The only thing that would have made the experience better would have been a tour of the service dept. Highly recommended!! More

I sold my used truck to the location in Clearwater and that was a much better experience than I had hoped for. I bought my (new to me) Jeep JK from the location in Tarpon Springs. I was extremely pleased with the overall experience but Mark Laird deserves extra kudos as he was straight forward and honest with me at every turn. When I went to sign the paperwork the numbers matched exactly as I was shown in the sales office. That has never been my experience buying a car and I was very pleased. I came across the Ferman At Tarpon Spring site, found a car that was within my price range & what I was looking for, After speaking with Mark I decided to take a test driving. Both marks helped me when I got there they were both very knowledgeable and helped me get the most for my trade in.
