Waited 2 hours for a check engine light. Finally went to the lot and saw my car sitting there so asked if my car was ready. Told the technician was just finishing his paperwork. No one talked to me about what the issue was or options as far as fixing it or leaving it. Very disappointed in the service. It shouldn't take 2 hours to do a diagnostic check that Riley's can do in 5 minutes. More

I scheduled an oil change for my 2020 sienna on Monday. It was completed in a short time which was great. Recall on my RAV4 Prime. Had come in before and part was not available. I returned was told it would take about 4 hours; and no they do not have a car for me to use.
