I bought a brand-new GMC Sieera truck from Southern a month ago and the infotainment system is freezing up, I have called the service department to try and schedule an appointment only get a voicemail an month ago and the infotainment system is freezing up, I have called the service department to try and schedule an appointment only get a voicemail and never a follow up from the dealership. this is very poor customer service.
