The sales manager reached out and offered an oil change and car detailing as a form of apology, even offering to pick up and drop off the car. There was some miscommunication between service and sales with this arrangement, but after getting it figured out, they followed through with their offer/promise. I am hopeful for more positive interactions like this one moving forward. More
