Everyone at the dealership made us feel welcome and at ease. We were given time to browse on our own. Then Carlos Guanipa was there to answer any questions we had on our first visit. It was his caring per ease. We were given time to browse on our own. Then Carlos Guanipa was there to answer any questions we had on our first visit. It was his caring personality that brought us back to buy a car. On our test drive Carlos freely shared knowledge about the vehicle and encouraged us to ask questions. He was right by our side through the negotiation phase. Then he handed us over to Mark Jacoub in the finance department. Mark was just as easy to work with as Carlos. My husband and I had to unexpectedly get a new car after my AC in my 2012 Chevy equinox needed a total rebuild. After doing some research, we decided to pursue looking at Toyota RAV4’s next vehicle. We were my AC in my 2012 Chevy equinox needed a total rebuild. After doing some research, we decided to pursue looking at Toyota RAV4’s next vehicle. We were going to invest in due to the positive reviews and longevity of Toyota products. Chris was very quick to meet us and provided us all of the Relevant information from The get go. We got to test drive several different versions of the RAV4 and ultimately settled on the new 2024 Toyota RAV4 hybrid LE, Which, since I drive almost 200 miles a week for work was ultimately the best decision for us. Mark Jacobs in the finance department was also extremely helpful and made sure my husband and I understood all of the processes and numbers that came purchasing our new car. On the lot was so helpful and made the buying process seamless and stress-free as they could. We greatly appreciate it and look forward to having our new car for as long as we can! More
