Mark Interlicchia is an OUTSTANDING service manager. It is always a pleasure to work with him. I had some minor upholstery work that needed to be done. On Tuesday,8/20 my S-580 was towed from I-10 with a flat tire. Unfortunately this model doesn’t have a spare, so towing was essential. We arrived around 4:00 pm so i figured the chances of replacing the tir tire. Unfortunately this model doesn’t have a spare, so towing was essential. We arrived around 4:00 pm so i figured the chances of replacing the tire that afternoon was problematic. Several employees asked if they could help when we arrived, people were courteous, but nothing was getting done, eventually a young man Mark Interlicchia asked me if I had been helped, I responded by saying several people have asked, but no one has done anything, he responded by saying “let’s get it done”. In the next 30 minutes my car was taken to service and I had a new tire. Mark’s action and attention made a real bad day into a much better one. I didn’t mention that the day before I experienced another flat tire near Las Vegas so this was getting old. Y the way these were brand new Perilli tires. Anyway, thanks Mark, I hope ownership appreciates someone as dedicated as you, as a business owner I know I could never find enough of those like you. I would expect you to be moving up with this organization, talented people like you are hard to find. More
