I Drove almost 2hrs to buy a truck that I had my eyes set on I didn’t need a sales pitch because if everything panned out I was going to buy the truck. I told mark the sales man I had my own financing throug on I didn’t need a sales pitch because if everything panned out I was going to buy the truck. I told mark the sales man I had my own financing through a bank they use but he decided to do the loan application himself so the dealership can get a kickback which caused a big mess for me down the road. Then mark said the truck would be delivered to me which is nice because I lived far and it would be detailed and the tank would have a full tank of gas which when the truck arrived it had neither. There were stains in the back seat and I had a half tank of gas. Sometimes it’s more about core values that people value, honor and integrity means more to me and when you say one thing and do another it just leaves you with a nasty feeling about the company as a whole. I wish things could’ve went differently. More

Amazing Experience Upon entering the dealership we found a salesperson, told them what we were looking for and was test driving the vehicle we wanted within minutes. Our sales person was Mark, he was amazing with our 3 children through the entire experience, including them during conversations but in a kid friendly way. He always gave his attention to both my husband and I as the buyers but also to our kids, which speaks volumes when it comes to car shopping with 3 kids in tow. When it came to paperwork, Cliff was great, he was fast friendly and courteous, not to mention having 3 kids in his office during all the signing. We have purchased a few vehicles at other dealerships, this experience by far was amazing! More
