I found my used car online and got in touch with Mark Hoen at Grand Subaru. We met Mark to see the car and really liked it. We found an issue with the car that Mark agreed to resolve. Mark had no problems addressing all our questions and concerns, he made sure we were happy with the car. The whole experience was very pleasant. Not once did Mark leave us to ask his "manager", or get the "numbers", or say "it's a used car it's going to have issues", or play any of those games, it was refreshing to experience an considerate straightforward salesperson. I have been shopping for over 3 weeks and have had my fair share of pushy salespersons with their surprise add-on costs. The price we paid was the price we saw online. They did offer additional protection packages and warrantees, which I did not want and I declined them without any argument. It really was a pleasure doing business with Mark and Grand Subaru, everyone we met was considerate and professional. If any of my family or friends are looking for a used car or a new Subaru, I will tell them to go there first. More

I had a quick, easy experience buying a Subaru with Mark. I was able to get in right away for a test drive, hold it for a few days with a deposit, and then finalize the transaction easily.
