Two salesmen helped me at the gas station with my flat tire and then helped me with all the arrangements to get my tire fixed. One of the technicians was also at the gas station and because I was on a roa tire and then helped me with all the arrangements to get my tire fixed. One of the technicians was also at the gas station and because I was on a road trip my trunk was filled with luggage so he drove my tire to the dealership for me. The next morning when we got to the dealership everyone was amazing. They put my new tire on and the spare back in my car and I was able to continue with my road trip! I would recommend this dealership to everyone! I would go there myself but I live in a suburb of Chicago!! I would love to thank everyone who helped us! More

My car had an issue and was turning to idol after being shut off for hours. There were no dash lights on no warning. Car two years old only serviced by dealer. 47,000 miles. Two and a half weeks later the shut off for hours. There were no dash lights on no warning. Car two years old only serviced by dealer. 47,000 miles. Two and a half weeks later the issue was found to be a small piece of metal shaving behind a sensor. Finally fixed after 3 other things replaced unsure if they actually needed to be fixed. Still owed 1700. Some of the customer service was decent, most not at all. Car returned filthy. Carfax doesn’t reflect work done within the two years, all don’t at the same dealer. Every single one does report a wash that never happened. Have purchased 7 cars from this dealer. Will not do that again More
