Over the past 25 years I have serviced the three Acuras I’ve owned at Davis Acura (regardless of where they were purchased). I have consistently found their staff to be professional, well trained and court I’ve owned at Davis Acura (regardless of where they were purchased). I have consistently found their staff to be professional, well trained and courteous. Information they have provided has been honest and understandable. Repairs and maintenance needs are clearly categorized as being necessary, desirable or discretionary. I’ve found their pricing to be fair and in fact for tires and batteries to be lower than others! Most recently, despite running a reduced staff because of the COVID-19 coronavirus, they immediately fit me in to replace my 4 year old battery and check out my alternator. Their service manager (Steve Pulli) is visibly on top of things and always available for any questions that other staff can’t answer. My “write up” person (Rich Tatar) is amazing in meeting my needs for scheduling and answering my general questions. And the entire servicing team operates with the goal of achieving the highest level of owner satisfaction. More
