I took my vehicle in for an oil change and tire rotation considering my car was the first car in it still took almost two hours for complete service. When I called the service department to get this taken care of my call went directly to a voicemail I left my contact information and a few hours later when no one got back to me I rest the maintenance service message myself. EVERY time I have had my tires rotated, they forget to reset the tire pressure sensor. I have to reset it myself, which is annoying (and which doesn’t always work according to the manufacturer’s instructi reset the tire pressure sensor. My Honda battery was replaced under warranty. Northside recommended that my engine coolant should be changed. My maintenance minder shows that the coolant is fine. Indeed, the owners manual states it should be changed at 120,000 mi. My CRV has 57,500 mi. I’m used to this as almost all dealers are recommending service that isn’t necessary to increase their profits. They also recommended new front brake pads, which I had done at a local brake shop that gave me a lifetime warranty. More
