I just bought my wife her Christmas gift, a 2022 VW Atlas cross sport SEL AWD, from this dealership 2 weeks ago. I have been shopping for this car for a while and all of the dealerships (no exaggeration) wer cross sport SEL AWD, from this dealership 2 weeks ago. I have been shopping for this car for a while and all of the dealerships (no exaggeration) were dishonest and rose their prices on us claiming marketing adjustments due to the chip crisis in cars. My father in law recommended this dealership. Honestly at the beginning when I went to them, after driving 1.5 hours to see them, I thought it's gonna be one of those scams again and despite their professional courtesy, I was very cold with them and asked them if they have the car I'm looking for. I gave Jeff Sharif the salesman the exact description of the car I'm looking, he said that they don't have it. I left their dealership immediately so I don't waste my time and start searching in another neighboring dealerships. Jeff Sharif the salesman, approached me with a very classy and polite behavior and asked me if I can offer him 5 mins and he promised he will get me the car. We went in the sales manager's office Mark and we started talking about the car, the trim and prices. Mark was very polite, professional and extremely honest. He showed me on his computer the real prices of the car with tax, fees and the downpayment. As an experienced salesman from previous career in cars, Honest to God I was impressed by his honesty. Mark and Jeff were direct, forward and very professional. They made the calls to locate the car I'm looking for. They found it and offered me even a better deal than the one I was seeking. Placed a very minimum deposit (unlike other dealerships requiring a huge one) $500 to reserve the car. I asked when the car would be available, Mark and Jeff advised me by the end of November because the car is in another state. However, Mark and Jeff went through the trouble to bring the car even faster, only took 1 week from first meeting and the car was on their lot and even installed the options I asked for so the car would be 100% ready when I drive up to them on the weekend to pick up the car. I went to their dealership, I was in and out literally in 30 mins (Fastest car purchase in my life), they even gave me more options and kits with true honesty. Also Stephen the manager, with who we signed the papers with was extremely pleasant and professional and I immediately felt comfortable talking to him. My highest recommendation for this dealership. When you go to Mohegan Lake VW ask for Jeff Sharif to be your salesman rep. and Mark to be the financial manager who you speak with and Stephen the signing manager would you would sign your papers with and get all the information you would want. Thank you Jeff for stopping me from leaving and being an honest person with classy polite manners. Thank you Mark for being honest in your deals and showing me how to make a great deal with you and thank you Stephen for being a world class signing professional. 5 stars dealership and I would add 5 more stars if I can to their employees More

Jeff was INCREDIBLE! He was not pushy and made the ease of leasing a car super simple ecp in the times of COVID! We were initially set on the Atlas (mind you a more expensive truck) but he was honest with of leasing a car super simple ecp in the times of COVID!
