I needed a plow harness installed that came with my new truck. It had the part with the truck and I asked them to install it. They claimed I would have to cover the cost if install over $400.00. My sale truck. It had the part with the truck and I asked them to install it. They claimed I would have to cover the cost if install over $400.00. My salesman did not know the correct answer so went to the service department for help. They did not know the correct answer and were reluctant to take any advice of mine. I found the service bulletin and sent it to them and it stated GM would cover the cost one time. They still claimed that it wasn't correct and they tried sending me an irrelevant bulletin. I took it to Snell Motors and they installed it free of cost the next day. I am very dissatisfied with the lack of communication with Mankato Motors Service department. This went on for 2 months trying to get it installed. No apologies or anything were handed out. More
