When I came to Northside Lexus 10 years ago I had never sold cars before, but I have always been a “car guy”. I have owned around 65 cars, trucks, motorcycles and two buses. I work in the Pre-Owned Sales Department, and I love to see an older car being traded in with low miles, and a real great paint job. That is lots of fun for me! Okay, so I drove from another state to Northside Lexus tracking down a specific vehicle. When I arrived I was greeted at the door by an energetic salesman that was definitely happy to be at work and in a tracking down a specific vehicle. When I arrived I was greeted at the door by an energetic salesman that was definitely happy to be at work and in a great mood (this was a plus because I am a picky person and if I don’t vibe with you, I’m not spending with you)! Long story short, I told Mark what I wanted, we test drove it, completed all the paperwork, I paid, and I was out the door a VERY HAPPY and COMPLETELY SATISFIED CUSTOMER that will absolutely recommend anyone in search of a new or used vehicle to Northside Lexus of Spring, Texas and ask for Mark! Let’s not forget the finance guy, Jeff, he was awesome as well and made the checkout process and the purchase of my extended warranty a breeze!
