I'm extremely grateful for the time the Service Manager, Mark Fradd, took out of his day to help address concerns regarding my company fleet vehicle. The check engine light came on before I attempted to mak Mark Fradd, took out of his day to help address concerns regarding my company fleet vehicle. The check engine light came on before I attempted to make the trek back to Phoenix, and even though the service department was fully booked, he quickly acted to assist in any way he could. He is extremely professional, helpful and I would strongly encourage recognition of his performance. Thanks, Mark! More
