ZERO COMMUNICATION. They don't test drive the car at check in to see what the problems are. They take 5 business days to file a warranty claim, then they don't complete They don't test drive the car at check in to see what the problems are. They take 5 business days to file a warranty claim, then they don't complete it for another two days. They don't tell customers if they are waiting on parts. They don't give you an ETA at all. Email, text, management, no one in the service department communicates. At all. Ever. More

This experience. Service manager M. Foster rude. My 1st time speaking with him in the 1st 2mins he was rude. I drove my car to Kia for a recall 1hr Service. And 32 da Service manager M. Foster rude. My 1st time speaking with him in the 1st 2mins he was rude. I drove my car to Kia for a recall 1hr Service. And 32 days later they still have my car. For transparency purposes that is short story of a long story! More
