The repair folks are excellent. They comped my catalytic converter when corporate refused it under warranty. My service advisor was great and did everything she could for me under the circumstances. However, they are really short staffed and they find it difficult to return phone calls and keep customers up to date. It was suggested I text the service manager; he never returned my text. Additionally, when the repair was done, I returned my rental to the service dept, and they didn’t notify Enterprise for days, resulting in chaos and a lot of extra work for enterprise to sort out my rental contract. And, the receptionist was short with me on a couple of occasions. So. My service advisor was great. The repair appears to have been done correctly. The rest of the staff needs to improve their CS skills. More

The worst service ever, they promise pure lies, they make you give money to change your vehicle for a different one and just waste your time. When I bought my car there in 2024 it was a completely issue, I t you give money to change your vehicle for a different one and just waste your time. When I bought my car there in 2024 it was a completely issue, I thought it could be different this time and they will make the difference, but it was worst, that made me waste my time giving a car without now if it could be approved for the financial bank, requesting an extra down payment of 1000 more and my car. They made me waste two whole days, I paid 100 for an oil change waiting for 3 hours to get my car back, car wasn’t washed, they took me back my car without carpets. This Kia completely sucks, with those experience who will recommend this place. More

I had my car towed to East Orlando because when the car broke down (fuse) I was over there. Service was horrendous! So, I had it towed to Kia West. Back to my home base. These guys NEVER let me down. Please don’t go here I had a bad experience with them ended up getting a car that needs to be fixed had problems the same day I drove off and they will not fix it and that was just one thing they gave me ended up getting a car that needs to be fixed had problems the same day I drove off and they will not fix it and that was just one thing they gave me one car which was a new model car after having it for 3 days they took it back because I wouldn’t give them a down payment when I was already approved for 0 down then put me in a car that’s broke my dealer was David Diaz west Kia is a joke please don’t go to them, go somewhere else that will treat their customers, right if you look at their other reviews, you will see I am not the only one More

Mario Pinilla and Alberto where phenomenal, helped me during the whole process, i did pretty much everything on the phone, I just had to go to the dealership to sign the papers and get my brand new car, during the whole process, i did pretty much everything on the phone, I just had to go to the dealership to sign the papers and get my brand new car, it took me less than 2 hours to get my car, 100% recommended. More
