From the moment I stepped onto the lot, I felt welcomed and comfortable alot like family! Mark Flatten went well out of his way to make the experience one I wont forget, he was patient and attentive, and he really took the time to understand what I was looking for in a vehicle. He never once pressured me into making a decision, and he was always happy to answer any questions I had. When it came time to talk financing, the process was quick and painless. The finance manager, Mathew was transparent about all of my options and helped me find a plan that worked within my budget. He even went the extra mile to make sure I understood everything and felt comfortable with my decision. Overall, I would highly recommend Bernard's to anyone in the market for a new or used car.
