2 days ago I leased a new 2019 Honda Civic Type R, here at Mohawk Honda. Everything from the moment I arrived until the moment I drove away with my new car was flawless. I had been primarily assisted by at Mohawk Honda. Everything from the moment I arrived until the moment I drove away with my new car was flawless. I had been primarily assisted by a wonderful salesman named Mark Ellis Jr., not to be mixed up with Sr. who also works at this location. Mark Jr. from start to end was very polite, offering me food and beverages on multiple occasions. Aside from the hospitality, Mark was knowledgeable, patient and never really that pushy... then again I will add I knew exactly what I wanted. Other than a slight issue with not being able to contact anyone from my insurance company the process was smooth as could be. Once Mark had completed his portion of the process I had been introduced to a young man named Prince Ramnarine, who then brought me out to my new car to go over all of the finer details and fun buttons I'm about to use on a daily basis. Coming from a 2017 Civic EX-L I was already rather familiar with the setup, however Prince was easily able to show me new cool things that I hadn't already been aware of. So needless to say he was also a great asset for their team. All-in-all I can easily say it was my best car buying experience and I highly recommend both Mohawk Honda and Honda in general when looking for your next vehicle! More
