This place is garbage. From sales to service department. Lies and excuses. They knew they sold me a bad car. We have custom plates. They did not transfer them like they said they would. We’ve been waiting 2 weeks for someone to get it together and make things right. Issue was not corrected. Tech and SW lied and said it was. Double-checked before I left and confirmed. They then stated additional parts needed for a dealer supplied install. Tech and SW lied and said it was. Double-checked before I left and confirmed. They then stated additional parts needed for a dealer supplied install. Tech was worthless and Service Writer was worse. Took three weeks to schedule so they could research after which I completed the install with directions supplied in the service bulletin. More
